If you are looking to take over ownership and/or control of an existing business you would need to notify Jefferson County Health Department. Please submit a new license application for the establishment, including the updated contact information and you will need to pay the appropriate fee for the establishment.

• New Partner – Yes
• New Owner – Yes
• Change in Type of ownership – Yes
